Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, etc.

Resolve issues related to accounts, billing, and service.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Welcome new clients and ensure they have all the information they need.

Identify opportunities to upsell and expand client services (commission-earning!).

Collaborate with internal and external partners to find solutions.
