We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Assistant role for a company based in B9, Birmingham.
Main duties for the Accounts Receivable Assistant role:
Day to day Jobs
- Daily Sales -going through invoices and receipts that have been raised.
- Credit Card Takings
Weekly Jobs
- Lodging payments posted into correct bank nominal
- Banking cash
- Cheque Banking
- Showroom/Tilestyle Banking
- Run Debtors Report
Monthly Jobs
- Customer Statements – Print, marry up invoices & statements, Post out.
- Inputting Trade Counter Invoices – input invoices and print statements, scan, and file into folders.
- Customers Invoices – input and post invoices.
- Sales Order Report
- Bank Reconciliation
Miscellaneous
- Transferring balances, shipping off items, corrupt SOs, deposits.
- Checking Payments for Showroom Staff
- Account Queries – Customers queries
- Taking Payments – Card payments over the phone for account customers.
- Chasing Debtors – emailing and calling to chase outstanding balances.
The Accounts Receivable Assistant role is an office based role, Monday-Friday ,9am-5pm
