A fantastic opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator to be part of a great company based in Evesham. Your role will be to support with the smooth running of the MRP system, building relationships with suppliers ensuring that all information is kept up to date. You will ideally have proven experience within an engineering / manufacturing.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum dependent on your experience as well as great progression as the role evolves.

Your Role:
- Raise and create POs.
- Manage suppliers and chase orders.
- Work with the Purchasing Assistant in order to support the Purchasing inbox.
- Liaise with the sales team daily to support orders.
- Chase suppliers to ensure all items are received on time.
- Arrange for shipments to come in from the relevant logistic companies.
- Support the Accounts department with any invoice queries received.
Skills and Attributes:
- Computer literate- mainly on Excel and Outlook.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good organisation and communication skills.
- Proven experience of using an ERP system.
- Ideally engineering / manufacturing experience.
