Job Title: Triage Administrator

Job Summary:
Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive industry leading levels of service and improve your own knowledge of the business through the technical support and training you will receive to help identify and determine the outcomes of jobs. You will spend a week in our Weymouth office for your induction to learn the processes and system requirements as well as meeting the rest of the teams and gaining the knowledge you will need to complete the role. After this, up to a further two weeks training in Weymouth using the systems required with an experienced operator.
Once training is complete and you have spent time in the role, you will be allocated to a client team to continue being a Triage Administrator for that team.
Details: Full-Time, Permanent, Office based, 8:30am – 5pm

Weekend shift work may become part of the role in the future as the position evolves.
Key Responsibilities:
• Triaging job requests over a variety of clients using our triage system.
• Inputting data onto our internal database.
• Calling clients sites and retrieving information relevant to the equipment in question and updating the Service Departments when required.
Requirements:
• Professional and confident approach when interacting with clients.
• Excellent telephone manner essential.
• Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload.
• Good understanding of data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance.
• Experience using Excel spreadsheets would be advantageous but not essential.
• High standard of English and IT skills including the ability to grasp new software and databases.
• A proven communicator who demonstrates consistent attention to detail.
• Willing to learn, great team player and comfortable following tasks set out by senior members of the team.
• Must be a good communicator.
