We are recruiting a Customer Service Executive for our client who are an award-winning pet insurance company who genuinely care for their staff. They are looking for TWO customer-centric, commercially aware, positive, bubbly team players to join their customer service team.
Within this role as Customer Service Executive, you will be working in the company’s BEAUTIFUL BRAND NEW OFFICES for a company that continues to grow. We have successfully placed many candidates in the past who LOVE their jobs and grown within the company!

Are a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, who can actively listen, fact find, handle objections and close sales.

Have solid customer service background (any industry), a totally customer-centric approach, who finds it easy to build rapport at all levels.

Love working both independently but also as part of a team within a fast-paced environment!

Have a sound knowledge of MS Excel / Word / Power point.

As part of your role as Customer Service Executive some of your core responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound sales and customer service calls from potential and existing customers alike
-
Setting up new policies and updating existing customer records along with other administrative tasks
-
Outbound calls, converting warm leads to live policies.

Maintaining and building relationships with veterinary practices and practice staff to drive leads and reinforce partnerships.

Firstline complaints handling in line with the company’s complaints procedure

Keeping up to date and adhere to industry regulations and company procedures including adherence to GDPR
