Do you have experience with account management, sales, administration or customer service?
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expand sales and profit from an assigned sales territory, identify and develop key and target accounts and assist colleagues to achieve the same from their areas of responsibility
Your duties will include:

To maintain a pro-active call out programme to accounts within their territory and record the outcome of these calls on the Operating system

To decide key and target accounts for the sales territory and agree methods to obtain the business and reporting procedures to monitor the level of business at these accounts

In conjunction with the External representative to manage their sales territory so as to achieve budgeted sales and profit

To develop contacts and relationships with customers that ensure first choice when placing orders, first refusal in any competitive situation and to be familiar with customer regular requirements

To promptly contact all leads supplied and report the response to these calls to the External representative /Office Supervisor/PCM

To attend office meetings

To understand the properties and applications of the Company’s product range

To be aware of competitive activity and to report changes in the marketplace
The Person:
-
Background within a sales/customer service role/account management or similar
-
Experience within a manufacturing/distribution sectors (desirable)

Have excellent communication skills at all levels.

Be highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines.

Have excellent attention to detail.

Keen to learn and undergo training
Role: Permanent
Salary: £28,600 + Profit Share Bonuses
Hours: 8:30am-5pm - office based (Cardiff)
