Sales Administrator
We are working with a well established metal distributor located in the West Brom area. They're seeking a versatile and diligent administrator who is seeking a varied and fast pace role.
You will be joining a highly successful and relaxed working environment who due to expansion are seeking an additional administrator to join their team.
What you will be responsible for:

Sales inputting orders accurately onto their new Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Liaising with customers to answer basic queries and provide updates on their orders.

Updating and maintaining customer records.

Supproting the operations department to plan driver loads and delivery schedules.

Producing and printing test certifications ready for dispatch.

Working Hours: 08:30am to 5pm Mon - Thurs & 08:30am to 4:30pm Fri

Salary: £24,000 to £25,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Annual leave: 20 days and 8 bank holidays Rising to 25 days in Year 2.
