Our client is looking for a Registered Manager to oversee the service and to help the residents they support live their best lives and achieve their goals as independently as they can. The role of a Registered Manager is varied, and will ensure you are responsible for all areas of the home including budgets, quality and ensuring that the people they support have the best care possible.
The successful candidate will have:
Commitment to delivering high quality care
Previous managerial experience in a similar environment
Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
Fine tuned decision making skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills
