Customer Services IT Support Executive

THE COMPANY:
This company is a leading software supplier based in South Leicester. They have developed a nice product that services dental practices across the UK and are now looking to add to their Customer Services team.
THE ROLE:
This role is for an IT Literate Customer Services individual who is able to talk to people from different levels within an organisation. You will be onboarding new clients (both remote and onsite) and offering product support as and when needed – Online, over the phone and face to face. Key responsibilities will include:

Client onboarding and training on the system.

Regular check-ins with current users to ensure the system is operating the way they want it to.

Identifying opportunities for new business.

Demonstrating the system to prospect clients.
ABOUT YOU:
To be considered for this role, you need to be a personable person with the ability to build relationships with people in a business setting. You need to be a confident and clear communicator with good customer service skills. Finally, you should be a competent IT user.
THE BENEFITS:
