Multi Trades Recruitment are seeking to recruit Administration staff for a Facilities Management company working in Stoke (ST4).
Job Details:
- 8am-6pm. (Shift times vary between these hours).
- Monday - Friday.
- £11.44p/h.
- Unlimited overtime available. (1.5x rate weekdays & Saturdays, 2x Sundays)
- Weekly pay.
- All training provided.
- Immediate start available.
- Candidate would require a DBS check.
About The Job:
- Liaising with engineers, subcontractors, and site managers to ensure the completion of works
- Interpret and log data, inputting details into an in-house system, providing and tracking work on a regular basis.
- Understand the status of the work and ensure SLAs are met
- Completing all administration tasks that relate to the contract, including assigning contract colleagues and sub- contractors to work orders, purchasing and finance tasks
- Liaise with relevant Contract staff and subcontractors in relation to all aspects of service requests and ensure required information is returned in a timely manner
- Respond to queries, amend data and re-issue tasks as required.
- Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for the Operations Team and Sub Contractors for any queries or concerns.
- Carry out monitoring of CAFM (Maximo) data to ensure that Helpdesk work orders have been accurately created, assigned, prioritised, and categorised in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs
About You:
- Facilities Management experience. (preferred)
- Strong IT experience.
- Strong communicator.
- Highly organised.
- Proactive.
- Able to fit in & work part of a team.
- Speak, understand and write in clear & fluent English.
