Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a Luxury Hotel in the scenic Purbeck area area who are looking for a Sous Chef to join their kitchen team on a permanent basis.

What's involved?
As a Sous chef you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with the day-to-day operations in the kitchen, leading the team and delivering exceptional service at all times. You will be responsible for the preparation of dishes across breakfast, lunch, and evening services and ensuring the quality is maintained across the team. As a Sous Chef, you will also be responsible for stock control and share some responsibilities for the financial management of the kitchen too.
Working with the Head Chef and the wider kitchen team you will also be responsible for creating new additions to the menu and developing themed and bespoke menus for events and functions so you can let your creative juices flow too!
