Contracts Administrator
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire and on occasion London
Working Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30 (40 hours per week)
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team. We are a rapidly growing company committed to providing top-notch security solutions and services.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to our Service and Operations Departments. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our operations meet client standards and internal regulations efficiently and effectively. You will be the first line of communication for specific contracts, ensuring that all queries are addressed professionally and timely.
Key Responsibilities:

Support clients, Contract Service Managers, and Project Managers.

Schedule bookings and manage team diaries.

Conduct quarterly client meetings to review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Raise orders with local suppliers and arrange timely deliveries.

Support the Finance department with invoicing and book training courses as required.

Manage email inboxes and coordinate departmental communication.

Organise and minute regular meetings, producing quotes, and ensuring procedures are followed.

Proactively improve departmental workflows.

Arrange team training with Technology Partners.

Perform additional duties as defined by the Manager.

Previous administrative experience with the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
Educational and Experience Requirements:

Strong foundation in general education with GCSEs in Math and English, Grade C or above.

Experience in administrative roles with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Business Administration, Marketing, or Customer Services NVQ Level 2 qualifications are desirable.

Experience in invoicing, handling purchase orders, and working with CRM systems.

Full clean driving license is preferred.
