Due to planned growth we are on the hunt for an experienced Administrator who can join our service department. This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking, growing company within the Fire and Security industry.
The role:
In this role, you will be expected to do the following:

General administrative duties

Schedule service engineers
-
Support managers throughout the business

Provide fantastic customer service to clients

Book appointments with clients according to schedules

Manage approved quotes of work
Experience and skills required:
-
Proven experience within a Scheduling or Service coordinating role
-
Previous experience within an admin role
-
Great organisational skills
-
Great customer service
