Position: Chef Manager
Location: Bedfordshire
Hours: 40 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage your team to deliver innovative and high-quality food service that meets business objectives and company standards.
Proactively manage the catering team, including recruitment, training, and development, to provide efficient and high-quality service to residents.
Maintain open communication with team members and residents.
Oversee food stock management, ordering, and budget control.
Plan and design menus within specified budgets, ensuring high standards of food presentation and portion/quality control.
Drive financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence.
Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to residents and colleagues. Qualifications and Skills:
Proven leadership skills with the ability to create a culture of flexibility, adaptability, and innovation.
City & Guilds 7061 or NVQ Level 2 in Catering for the Hospitality Industry.
Ideally, over 4 years of experience as a Chef Manager or in a similar role and environment.
Excellent listening skills, establishing trust and ensuring contractual compliance through exemplary leadership.
Ability to take initiative and responsibility, committing to achieving growth. Benefits:
