Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an admin Office Manager on behalf of our client in Luton, Beds.
The purpose of the role is to oversee and ensure the smooth running of a busy office which will include dealing with all administrative tasks.
Duties to include:
General day to day administration such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondance and maintaining records
Meet and greet guests attending the office
Assisting with various projects
Facilities management; to include dealing with maintenance issues, health and safety, security of the office
Assisting in the recruitment process
Overseeing all office IT to include phone systems
General reporting
Essential skills:
Proven experience in office management or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Strong IT skills: MS Office to include Excel
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.
Team player
Strong administrative skills and experience
People management experience preferred but not essential
Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm
Salary: Up to £30,000 pa depending on experience
