Our client, a dedicated provider of residential, dementia, and nursing care services, believes in supporting and enriching the lives of those in their care. They are seeking a fantastic Temporary Administrator to assist with various tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at their care home.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the care home
Maintain positive relationships with residents, families and health care professionals
Updated employee recruitment files using Eploy to meet compliance
Prepare residency and personal allowance agreements
Daily management of training room diary and resident occupancy app
Establish relationships and collaborate with external organisations to provide activities for residents
Assist with any enquiries and conduct viewings with prospective residents and families
Storing all data securely, updating employee and resident files whilst maintaining confidentiality
Sales ledger management for care home and residents
Manage front of house reception including telephone calls, emails and deliveriesTo be successful in this role, you should have previous administrative experience, great attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality.
