Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Job Type: Full time/permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Salary:£22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We are looking for a Accounts Administrator to our Dover based client. The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the finance department.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies
Prepare and maintain financial reports
Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes
Monitor and track expenses
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
Provide administrative support to the finance department as neededRequirements:
Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred but not essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
