Our well-known client based in Surrey are looking for a Conference, sales and event coordinator to join their team either on a permanent basis or a 1 year FTC. The ideal candidate will have experience working in events and sales alongside a high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to all enquiries about the venue and upsell their services.

Follow up on enquiries and conduct these into bookings.

Provide first class service to all visitors and conduct showrounds

Accurate completion of event contracts

Assist with the planning and hosting of promotional events
Key requirements:

Well organized and a high attention to detail

The ideal candidate will have both events and sales experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills

The ability to form great client relationships

Hospitality experience
