We are now on the lookout for an experienced sales executive to continue to drive our national expansion in the right direction with new business, side sell of existing business and lapsed clients. This is a permanent position which offers the opportunity for growth and key account management.
The post holder will work closely with the director of services to form part of a business plan to achieve its set out expectations over the course of the next 2 years and beyond.
Duties will include
Identifying key opportunities
B2B sales
Business development to current client
Social media campaigns
Key account management
Networking and client meetings
Criteria:

Experience in recruitment is essential at consultant or sales executive level. Experience within housing, healthcare or not for profit could be an advantage but is not at all essential for the right person.

Demonstrable track record or winning new business

Ability to bring on new innovative ideas to expand to existing business

Able to inspire a team of resourcers to deliver its objectives

Good overall IT and organizational skills

Happy to network and travel to client meetings

Social media savvy
The role will be based at our Sheffield head office but we are happy to offer a hybrid approach.
Salary basic is circa 35K with an uncapped bonus with OTE of 47K on year one. Other perks include
