Responsibilities
● Ensure smooth execution of onsite services
● Pre-event client communications regarding technical requirements
● Full set-up and testing of software and equipment in house for onsite jobs, including customisation of the solution for the project
● Onsite set-up, training and technical support at events
● Reporting live data and producing post-event reports
● Set up of 'dry hire' equipment (for client to use without onsite support) and providing remote support
Required skills and experience
● A higher-level qualification in an IT discipline or equivalent commercial experience within a technical role
● 12 months or more work experience
● Candidates must be competent in using database systems, e.g. able to write SQL queries
● Presentable with strong customer facing skills and clear communication
● Organised and disciplined approach to work
● UK driving licence
Advantageous skills
● Working with API integration, SQL Server, AWS (RDS, S4, EC2), HTML, CSS, Javascript, Python, VBA, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite
Salary: £34000 on-target earnings (£30000 basic p.a. + bonus)
Working hours: Typical office hours 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Additional hours may be required to meet deadlines or for onsite support. A time-off-in-lieu scheme is in place to compensate team members for hours spent onsite at events beyond standard working hours
