Cityworx are recruiting for an Experienced Quality Manager to work across a number of Residential homes & Supported living Services across North & East London & Berkshire.
The Quality Manager and the wider Quality Team are responsible for the implementation, monitoring and identifying of corrective actions ensuring the efficient delivery of an excellent service and the regulatory standards are adhered to as a minimum.
The Quality Manager & wider Team will be tasked with carrying out quality audits in accordance to annual schedule by visiting services in person and inspecting and analysing documents, process information and recommend appropriate actions, highlight the best practice. Audits will include all aspects of care and support across our Adult & Childrens services. They will also perform quality check in visits at regular intervals and report all findings and outcomes to senior management.
Ensure the audit framework drives forward quality improvements and is delivered consistently across the services in line with regulatory requirements & standards achieving positive outcomes for people using our services.
Produce SMART action plans in line with audit and review findings, supporting company-wide continuous improvement
Work within in the team on the delivery of specific quality improvement projects providing skills and experience in improvement methodology and facilitation to support project aims and implement change. Ensure the organisation is proactive in Quality and Compliance matters, ensuring regulators and stakeholders and Trustees are presented with services that strive for and achieve excellence
Support and supervise staff in accordance with regulatory requirements, always operating within performance management and disciplinary policies and procedures.
Support and in line with policy and procedure, manage resources to provide excellent value for money and a strong focus on efficiency.
Produce reports and analysis for presentation at the Board and Board Sub Committees, for the Executive Leadership Team where required
Provide oversight of the delivery of all improvement action plans, ensure best practice and lessons learned are shared and cascaded through the business.
