1st Line IT Support Technician x2 - Hull/Hessle - £25,000 to £28,000
Our client who is a well-known business based in Hull & Hessle who is now looking for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to come and join their team to help with their Support systems.
Within this role you will be expected to take ownership of support tickets raised from their clients.
You will also be involved in the rapid growth of this business which would include learning new products and new skills. Ideally my client is looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, self-motivated, well driven and passionate about IT and has an excellent attention to detail.

Customer Service experience
Microsoft Office experienceDesirable:

The Package:
If successful our client is offering a salary of between £25,000 to £28,000 per annum along with 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
