Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to higher management when necessary.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to customer service.
