Role:

Leadership opportunity with the potential for progression in the short / medium term for those focussed on achievement.

Reporting to and working closely with the Production / Operations Manager, leading a team of approx 35, you will have the responsibility for developing and improving the performance of a high volume, fast moving 'blue collar' operation.

You will lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement using lean / modern improvement initiatives.

You will identify issues negatively affecting performance and implement corrective action plans to resolve.

This is a leadership role, requiring engagement and coaching to bring everyone together to achieve the vision.
