As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and online platforms. Your duties will include:

Managing a high volume of customer contacts

Processing payments and bookings
-
Handling customer complaints and escalating as needed

Providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in a call centre or customer service environment preferred

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Happy to be speaking to disgruntled customers daily as this will be part of the role

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Based within commuting distance of Camborne, Cornwall
