About the Role:
As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and day-to-day operations of the agency. This includes recruiting and managing the care team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:

Business development and marketing of the agency

Dayto-day management of operations and staff

Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Providing highquality, person-centered care to clients

Managing staffing, including recruitment and training

Financial management, including invoicing and payroll
Requirements:

Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification

Previous experience in a management role within domiciliary care
-
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Driving license and access to a vehicle at all times
