The Maintenance Engineering Manager will lead a team of maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure the efficient operation of our recycling equipment and systems. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance engineers and technicians.

Maintenance & Repair:
Develop and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of recycling machinery and systems.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
Implement best practices for maintenance procedures and standards.
Manage projects related to equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
Budget & Resource Management:
Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including labor, parts, and supplies.
Monitor and control maintenance costs to ensure budget adherence.
Source and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for parts and services.
Collaboration & Communication:
Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities align with production schedules and operational goals.
Provide regular reports on maintenance performance, equipment status, and project progress to senior management.
Foster a collaborative environment to address cross-functional issues and promote continuous improvement
