Our client is a well-established financial company based in Selby.
They deal with in Commercial Finance, Regulated Mortgage and Protection Insurance markets and offers a broad range of services to clients and Network Partners.
Location – Selby – parking on site
Salary – dependant on experience – £23,000 ( Part time would be an option & salary would be on a pro rata rate)
Working from the office Monday to Thursday 9 till 5 and till 4.00pm on a Friday.
Responsibilities
You will carry out telephone and general administration duties as required.
Monitoring client emails, account management of repeat clients.
Act as the first port of call for queries from clients, lenders, and conveyancers.
General office administration duties such as filing, photocopying, and answering the telephone.
Updating and maintaining systems and files.
Working with advisors to ensure all activities meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.
About you
It would be desirable to have worked in the industry before.
IT skills – data inputting and also collating information for others to understand on the systems,
You are a clear communicator with good attention to detail and have strong numerical and written skills
You are organised and able to work using your initiative within a busy team
It is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion
