Sales Administrator

We are delighted to support an emerging brand in the F&B sector, in their search for a Sales Administrator to help further facilitate their growth.
In this role, your responsibilities will be across both sales and general office administration. You will be super organised, have a passion for great customer service, efficient and be able to work effectively under pressure, and also enjoy being a key part of a sociable and cohesive team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing support to the sales team - writing and sending weekly trade mailer, trade store administration
Data administration - entering data into our systems accurately and efficiently
Supporting the co-ordination of and attending events (occasional weekend and evening work maybe required)
Accounts administration - paying invoices, sending statements and chasing debtors
Customer service support through emails & phone
General administrative support for the business and directors
What we're looking for from you:
At least 2 years experience in a similar, broad administrative role
Passion for great customer service
Proven track record of excellent organisational skills
Strong communication skills
Impeccable attention to detail
