A small and friendly team based in Warwick with new modern open plan offices are seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to join the team!

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
25 days holiday, excluding bank holidays

You wont be tied down to your desk as you will also be visiting clients across the country, UK driving licence is essential.
You will need to occasionally be in the warehouse to familiarise yourself with the products.
Full product and software training will be provided
Working hours will be: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm and Fridays 8:30am – 4:30pm.
Main Duties:
Co-ordinate the day-to-day management of customer orders and enquiries using company software
Prepare commercial tenders and quotations in line with customer deadlines or agreed timescales
Receive inbound calls and build effective customer relationships, maintaining excellent levels of customer service
Monitor and action email activity on the shared sales inbox, forwarding emails to respective departments/individuals
Understand customer’s business requirements and address any queries upon receipt of sales opportunities
Actively manage customer complaints to ensure quick resolution and remedial action
Liaise with warehouse team on shipping customer orders, ensuring that on-time deliveries are being achieved
Proactively advise customers of order progress via phone and email
Provide sales support to management to include data gathering and prospecting opportunities
Good time management, prioritizing key customers, tasks, and enquiries
Liaising with our China team for shipping updates, product release updates, and order progress
Attend Sales and Product training opportunities when appropriate to build on customer service and product knowledge
Monitor outstanding quotations and follow up with customers to obtain important feedback and increase conversion/hit rates
Liaise with management on KPI’s to ensure targets are met
Proficient with Microsoft Office suiteThe ideal candidate:
Manufacturing/Engineering industry knowledge or background welcomed, but not essential
Valid UK Driving licence and access to your own car
Looking for a reactive role with career progression
