Overview:
Are you persuasive and motivated individuals with a passion for sales, international business & environmental sustainability?
We are seeking a telesales representative to join our dynamic team, specializing in two core services: sourcing bulk used cooking oils across internal use. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to international partner for used cooking oil sourcing, negotiating agreements, coordinating logistics and promoting our used cooking oil collection services and vehicle rental solutions.
The goal will be to secure reliable oil sources while championing sustainable waste management practices and optimizing our company’s transportation needs.
Training will be given (3days) remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
International Bulk Used Cooking Oil Sourcing:

Identify and establish relationships with international suppliers and partners for sourcing bulk used cooking oils.

Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms for the purchase and import/export of used cooking oils.

Coordinate logistics and documentation for the seamless transport of bulk oils across international borders.
Vehicle Rental Sourcing:

Establish & maintain relationships with vehicle hire companies to secure rental vehicles for our company’s internal use.

Negotiate rental agreements, pricing & terms to meet our company’s needs and budget constraints.

Ensure timely delivery and return of rental vehicles, managing logistics effectively.
Sales Prospecting & Led Generation (Oil Collection):

Identify potential clients for our used cooking oil collection and recycling services through market research, online databases and outbound calling.

Create & maintain a database of leads for oil collection services, ensuring & upto-date information
Client Engagement (Oil Collection):

Initiate & manage outbound calls to prospects for our oil collection services, explaining the environmental benefits & costefficiency.

Build rapport with clients & address their inquiries/concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.

Tailor our oil collection services to match the specific sustainability goals of each client.
Deal Closing (Oil Collection):

Convert leads into confirmed contracts for used cooking oil collection & recycling.

Negotiate pricing & terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Prepare and process necessary documentation for finalized contracts.
Customer Relationships Management (Oil Collection):

Maintain ongoing relationships with clients for oil collection services, ensuring their needs are met & expectations are exceeded.

Address customer concerns & provide exceptional customer service to maintain longterm partnerships.
Sale Reporting (Both Services):

Keep detailed records of all interactions & transactions for both services using CRM software.

Generate regular reports on sales activities, progress & results for management review
Qualifications:

High school or equivalent

Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion skills with an understanding of international trade regulations.
