Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator for our client based near Maldon on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified to at least level 3, ideally with a desire to progress to level 5. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will work as part of a highly customer focused HR team.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Delivering an excellent service to Directors, Managers and employees in all daily operations of the department.

Maintaining all HR related matters in accordance with current employment law and company procedures.

Responsible for maintaining all administration relating to employee electronic files, employee relations and policies and procedures with accuracy and consistency.

Assisting the payroll department where required with preparing of employee payroll data.

Undertaking all general Human Resources administration supporting the HR Manager and advisors.

Assist in the administration of recruitment and selection of staff.

Taking minutes of meetings, transcribing and producing for review and approval.

Producing invites and outcome letters for performance reviews, disciplinaries etc.

Other general Human Resource Administration duties.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:

CIPD Qualified to at least level 3, ideally wanting to progress to level 5.

Experience of working within a HR department.

Experience in taking minutes.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent organisational skills.

Ability to work in a highly confidential environment.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8.00am-5:00pm. This is a full time, on site position and hybrid working will not be considered.
