The Role of Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Services Representative you will be based from our cleints offices in Chepstow.

You will work with a dynamic, friendly team taking inbound calls dealing with an array of customer service enquires.

For example you could be dealing with invoice queries, helping to resolve potential issues, liaising with other departments, updating the CRM system and doing follow ups.

You will be responsible for dealing with incoming orders and then processing them on the system.

You will be apart of a collaberative, friendly, vibrant team.
