With our Client we are looking to appoint a Part Time – Admin and Finance Clerk – 30 hours a week.- Temp to Perm
The 30 hours can be worked over 4 or 5 days – the role is office based.
Whilst you are working as Temp – you will be paid Weekly – the hourly rate is £12.00 hr PLUS Holiday Pay which = a rate of pay of £13.45 per hour.
On a day to day basis you will work across;

Word / Excel and Sage – strong Word and Excel is essential

Admin Support – creating and updating Word Documents and Reports

Update of HR Records
-
Finance Admin including – Petty Cash / Prepare Invoices / Assist with Bank Reconciliations
