The job:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the leader of the organisation including business co-ordination, dealing with all aspects of mail and correspondence; telephone queries; arranging meetings
Receive and manage telephone calls and personal approaches in relation to services
Draft replies to correspondence and undertake research tasks
To prepare agenda, draft briefing papers, attend meetings and produce action notes for meetings
Manage and supervise the work of the Administrative OfficerThe candidate:
Experience working in an administrative capacity is essential
Experience supervising others is essential
Experience working in a secretary / EA / PA capacity is desirable
