Staffing Centre are proud to be working in partnership with a leading Children's Home who require a Registered Children's Home Manager to oversee the day to day running of the home. The organisation prides itself on providing a homely and warm environment for young people between 8 - 17 years of age with Challenging and Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the home including; clear and effective procedures for monitoring and controlling the activities of the home, the financial viability of the home, any serious incident, allegations or complaints about the provision, and the quality of the provision.
The role is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (40h per week), but it does include some on-call duty shared with other managers in the organisation.
Requirements
You will have previous experience in a Registered Manager’s position or strong experience as a Manager. You will be passionate about providing high-quality care to children and young people and are committed to ensuring that the home meets the children’s home regulations and the Ofsted Quality standards.
