Up to £32,000 basic salary DOE
This is a great opportunity for an Property Manager who is looking to transition into the block management sector. My client are a multi-skilled company within the building and property industry which provides services ranging from Building Surveying, Contract Administration, Boundary Disputes, Expert Witness, Block Management and Commercial Property Surveying.
What the Property Manager will be doing:

Helping to answer the phone when the admin staff are engaged / unavailable

Answering client emails and phone messages
-
Working with contractors, surveyors, and other specialists to maintain their portfolio.

Administering contact between clients and the utility and insurance brokers
-
Attending AGMs, residents’ and directors’ meetings, writing up the minutes and organising their circulation alongside the administrator

Ensuring that all compliance reports are up to date and advising the clients of their responsibilities towards being compliant.

Undertake regular site inspections and write up a summary of your visit to send to the main client point of contact.

Working with the accounts team to draw up budgets.
What the Property Manager should bring:

Associate IRPM Preferrable but not essential
-
At least 1 years’ Block Management or property management experience
-
Knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices, and relevant legislation desirable

Full UK Driving Licence
-
Good time management and the ability to work under pressure
What the Property Manager will get in return:
You will receive a basic salary of up to £32,000, flexible working, 25 days holiday plus full training provided.
