Our client is looking for 2 x 1st Line Support Engineers to stage and deliver mobile phones / slate devices to their customers based at London Heathrow airport.
Skills needed: -

Be articulate and accurate having good PC skills using Microsoft word and excel to a basic or intermediate level

Be able to understand and update PC based inventory management systems

Should have a clean UK driving license and be able to pass a BAA airport-driving test, which includes a medical.

Must be flexible to allow manpower cover to be maintained in a busy airport environment and be an active working member of a team including being willing to stand in for other members of the team as required (long periods standing and walking around).

Strong Customer service skills as the individual will be representing the client.

Familiar and comfortable with mobile devices (i.e. iPhones, iPads and other SmartPhones)

Be able to pre stage Mobile / smart devices for issuing to customer, i.e. applying a screen protector to an iPhone or iPad (training will be given)
