With multiple stakeholders, you will report to the FD and the Data Analyst and will be a pivotal supporting role for the business. The main part of role will be in a Sales and Purchasing capacity, while a proportion of your role will be supporting the Data Analyst utilising your advanced Excel skills.
Duties include:
Purchasing and goods receipting of new purchases, inclusive of dealing with the suppliers on lead times and prep jobs
Purchasing and goods receipting of attachments
Liaising with the purchase ledger team and suppliers on any purchase invoicing queries
Sales processing of documents directly with the finance company, inclusive of maintenance agreements
Processing of the in-house fleet, inclusive of transport costs, prep jobs and liaising with the respective branches
Purchasing sales of equipment
Creation of customer monthly and quarterly KPI, spend and utilisation reporting
Extension or termination for the end of term finance agreements, inclusive of purchasing back of residual value equipment
Closing down of contracts, equipment, sites and customer accounts
Creation of the monthly contract renewals report from the finance companies and ERP system
Maintaining the monthly returns on-going deals report
Assist the sales managers with their individual monthly returns’ reports
Checking of the sales pack, including copies of quotes
Ad hoc customer and management reporting with Excel and a Business Intelligence suite
Data cleansing of job stock issues, goods receipt notes, returns notes etc
Branch support with minor system queries
Required Experience for this role:
Excel – A strong working knowledge of excel, ideally some of the more advanced functions
Worked in a role of Sales Support/ Purchasing where you have synergy with the job responsibilities
Exposure to Business Objects is advantageous

Able to disseminate information fluidly and present to non-finance stakeholders in digestible form, effectively and efficiently
