Role Outline
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our Financial Savings Plan team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including onboarding new members, processing plan applications and payments, and maintaining an up-to-date database. You will also support our customer service efforts by answering phones, dealing with customer queries and complaints, and performing general office duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide full customer service to all clients, agents, and internal departments, resolving complaints and queries with empathy and within agreed timelines.

Ensure all communication is clear and concise, meeting deadlines for updates and proactively resolving issues.

Answer phones, assist customers, and resolve queries until completion.

Process plans using our database, liaising with various parties, and producing member documents.

Keep the database up-to-date with any changes.

Coordinate with the Accounts department regarding settlements and payments.

Update Regional Managers and colleagues with the latest information, handling document production and amendments as needed.

Communicate with clients and Sales Representatives via phone, letter, or email to provide the latest information.

Manage upgrades and downgrades as requested by clients.

Perform adhoc administrative duties.

Conduct customer service and courtesy calls post-sale of a Financial Savings Plan, verifying client information and ensuring satisfaction.

Manage lapses by contacting clients who have fallen into arrears with their financial savings plans.
