As a Sales Executive at Amex Outsourcing, you will be a key player in driving the growth and success of our sales initiatives. This role involves promoting and selling Amex services, to new customers through various sales channels. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the high standards of the Amex brand.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation:
- Proactively identify and target potential customers.
- Present, promote, and sell Amex services to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide personalized solutions based on customer needs.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and to foster long-term relationships.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of Amex services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive services.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of Amex services.
Sales Strategy:
- Participate in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Utilize sales tools and techniques to optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and market insights.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Experience and Skills
Experience:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the financial services
