Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a contract basis for 12 weeks. The successful candidate will support our Client's manufacturing plant, providing expert HR advice and ensuring smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive HR support and advice to management and staff within the manufacturing plant.

Assist with employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding.

Oversee performance management systems, ensuring appraisals and performance reviews are conducted effectively.

Advise on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and company standards.

Support workforce planning and development initiatives.

Handle HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR reports.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as an HR Advisor, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
