Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone and manage the email inbox.
Greet customer walk in's and assist with their queries.
Raising invoices and inputting data onto the database.
Perform administrative tasks as needed.Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Prior customer service experience is a plusHours:
Part time 18 hours per week, Monday , Wednesday and Friday 09.00 - 15.00
Temp - Perm.Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £12.11 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
