New Business Sales Executive – Based Cardiff

As a New Business Sales Executive, you must be able to demonstrate your experience of working in both a B2B and B2C business with the ability to sell to diverse types of customers.
New Business Sales Executive, you will be working closely with the existing sales team, and be accountable for contributing to the continued growth of our partner network.
You will have good rapport building skills with a passion to deliver results with strong opening and closing skills, use straight-line techniques to close a sale.

Objection handling skills, be highly resilient, self-motivated with a passion for achieving goals and can adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing environment

Direct outbound telemarketing calls to pre-set lists- all preceded with email marketing

Good MS Office skills in particular Word and Outlook and be confident writing professionally written emails

Excellent communication skills, written and spoken with an outgoing personality

Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude to the sales team and the company to ensure we grow the partner network massively to help the company achieve its overall growth targets.

Duties

You will be take inbound and outbound enquiries from prospective companies with the intention of them joining the company partner network, working towards team and individual targets

Ability to work under pressure, whilst utilising your sales skills to build strong relationships with potential new partners

Able to make multiple calls and compose multiple emails per day to maximize conversion.

There is a degree of account management involved
