Your new role

Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm in a hybrid role.

Provide a comprehensive financial and administrative service.

Answering calls on the helpdesk and dealing with any day to day enquiries, engaging with engineer’s and subcontractors and assisting with the contract managers.

Raising PO’s, quoting, ordering parts, scheduling reactive and planned jobs to the engineer’s, updating the client on job progression and more.
What you'll need to succeed

Experience in a contract support or facilities administrator role is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on a CAFM system or in-house software and being efficient with MS programmes.

Working towards an AAT qualification is desirable

Good communication skills and experience in customer service engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
