They are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to join their team, focusing on selling off-plan properties within this prestigious development.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for promoting and selling off-plan properties in our cutting-edge development. You will guide prospective buyers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to securing the sale. Your aim will be to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential buyers, providing comprehensive information about our off-plan properties and the luxurious facilities available.
Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective clients.
Develop a deep understanding of our property offerings, development features, and the East London market.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and contracts to clients.
Assist clients with financing options and provide guidance throughout the purchasing process.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Consultant, preferably in real estate or property development, with a focus on off-plan properties.
Strong knowledge of the East London property market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred. Benefits
Basic Salary: £27,000 per annum OTE £57,000
