Recruitment Administrator

Our client, a well-known and fast paced organisation in Telford, is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join them on a 6-month fixed term contract. The role will be reporting into the Recruitment Manager. And the main purpose of the role will be to support and assist with the internal recruitment process, supporting aspects of the hiring process. This role involves coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining candidate databases, sifting CVs, arranging interviews and providing excellent administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

Assist with the preparation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and company websites.

Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates and internal managers.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded.

Respond to enquiries from candidates and hiring managers, providing timely and professional assistance and monitoring the careers inbox.

Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.

Producing Job Adverts, descriptions, placing adverts and liaising with candidates.

General Administrative duties to support the Internal Recruitment Team.
Skills and Experience

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR or recruitment.
