A Local Authority based just outside of London is looking for a Housing Allocations Manager to oversee the Temporary Accommodation and Allocations Team.
You will have 3 Team Leaders reporting directly into you, and you will be reporting into the Head of Housing.
You will be expected to minimise expenditure on Temporary and Emergency Accommodation, whilst managing defined revenue and capital budgets for the service area.
As well as providing high quality and timely advice to the Council on all aspects of housing supply, social/affordable housing allocation and management of the Housing register.
You will only be in the office twice a week, which can be rare for a management position, and you will receive a competitive rate!
