An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Call Centre Team Leader to join the team of a leading Consumer Goods Company located in Woking.
Within this position you will ensure customers receive the best level of Customer Service, playing a critical role in building positive relationships with customers who have or plan to purchase products, ensuring their satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions.
Previous customer service and call handling experience within a call centre environment is required for this role and would be a huge advantage if you are a French or German speaker (but not essential!)

£30,000 - £35,000 + 5% Bonus

Hybrid M/T/W in Woking HO and WFH Thurs/Friday

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Role responsibilities will include -

Guiding the team with the objectives set by the Customer Services Manager
-
Dealing promptly and efficiently with all customer enquiries through Telephone, Email and social media

Assisting customer with defective products
-
Be a point of escalation for customer complaints
-
Ensuring fair distribution on workload and planning of daily rotas
-
Assisting team members with queries and problems, escalating to the Customer Services Manager if needed
-
Highlighting performance issues to the Customer Services Manager

Quality Control - checking workloads to ensure individuals are following correct procedures

Weekly meetings with Customer Services Manager to discuss areas in need of attention

Maintain up to date filing and general administration duties
