Our client is looking for enthusiastic candidates to join their Furniture Administration and Service team.
Duties will include:-
• Delivering an efficient customer service experience to our customers, providing them with timely and accurate information over the phone and in writing.
• Problem solving and proactively seeking opportunities to prevent any future customer service failures.
• Logging incidents on our system
• Liaising with suppliers, regarding a quick and efficient way to resolve the customers complaint.

(Requires weekend working on a rota basis, usually one Saturday or Sunday a month and a day taken off in the week)
